東儀かな江　Kanae Togi (Piano)

7歳の時からアメリカで生活をし、カリフォルニア州立大学ロスアンゼルス校、ボストンのニュー

イングランド音楽院の大学院を卒業。その後、ドイツに渡り、音楽学校で教師として、また複数

の州立劇場でコレペティとして働く。2000年以来ベルリンではフリーランスで、ベルリン国立歌劇

場、サーシャヴァルツ(モダンダンス)、州立音楽学校、オイリュトミー学校でピアニストとピア

ノ教師として働く。

Kanae Togi was born in Japan and was raised in the USA. She studied with Johana Haris and　Aube Tzerko at UCLA and with Leonard Shure at the New England Conservatory of Music in　Boston. After moving to Germany, she has worked as a coach and rehearsal pianist at several state theaters and also as a piano teacher. In Berlin, where she has lived the last 18 years, she worked mostly as a free-lance musician, including guest contracts with the State Opera and Sasha Waltz Dance Company. She also had teaching contracts with state run music schools as well as being a pianist for a number of Eurythmy schools for over 10 years.
